Dear viewers here’s a good news for you that Govt of Punjab education department has announced different educators ( teaching jobs) & Non teaching jobs. A press conference was held on 26th August 2022 by Punjab Education minister Mr Muraad Raas.
In which Mr Murad Raas, the minister of education for Punjab, declares that the NTS will be used for the recruitment of teachers.
Mr Muraad Raas said that Recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff will be through NTS or NTS type examination. He said that these posts will be filled through three phases.
This time the recruitment of SST (BPS-16, BPS-17) will be held through PPSC while SSE & SST till BPS-14 will be through NTS or NTS type any testing services.
• The test for all candidates even arts and science candidates will be the same and will be held at the same time.
• The test will be general like concept & basic questions from Urdu, English, Islamiat, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Computer, etc.
• The interview will also be subject-based & candidates will be selected and merit will be done at the district level.
• An example of this is the recruitment in Rawalpindi and Mianwali district about one year & 6 months ago.
• Hafiz Quran will get extra five marks on merit.
As previously stated, the PPSC will not advertise the openings for educators in 2022.
Therefore, it is now obvious that NTS will be used to notify the new educator recruitment for 2022. Since 2015, the National Testing Service has successfully recruited numerous educators.
NTS typically administers MCQ-based exams to government entities based on their demands and specifications. The Punjab School Education Department’s own recruitment strategy for 2022 makes it apparent that academic performance carries a significant weight when discussing the NTS Recruitment procedure. According to the Punjab School, Education Department’s Educators 2022 Recruitment Policy, matric, intermediate, BA, BS, BS Hons, and master’s degrees will receive higher credit.
This makes it easier for people with strong academic records to compete. However, the results of the NTS Test might also be very significant for determining merit.
